      Pros

      Deloitte hires juniors without experience giving them the change to grow working the company. If you work well, you’ll have the opportunity to be promoted at some point. In my opinion, working in Deloitte is a great boost to your professional career. You work with young people and work environment is great. You have the chance to meet many different persons (from different countries too) and learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the salary. Salaries are low and living in a big city like Barcelona, you’re not able to save a cent at the end of the month. Also your responsibilities don’t match what you earn There also some salaries discrepancies at junior level among people who speaks different lenguajes. This means that someone else is earning more than you doing the same job which doesn’t seem to be fair. You need to be lucky with your project / team. You can request to change projects, but if you’re client or project is very demanding you can have a hard time working there for the money you’re earning.
