      Pros

      great place to work for someone with average talent + good work ethics work with a lot of energetic, hard working young people good promotion opportunities and good raise year to year 23 days of annual vacation + possible extra bonus PTO days the organization is more lively and dynamic than you might think. the firm doesn't really behave like an 30,000 people organization because each partner has good deal of control over his/her area. often host good parties and fun events good trainings

      long hours and work may get very tedious you may feel like wasting life if your IQ is in the top 20%

      - There are a lot of opportunities to move around the firm, but only if you are a top performer. - Provide lots of training to its employees. - Top notch technologies in time reporting, expense reporting...etc.

      Cons

      - Non-transparent compensation system and lack of recognition of employees for a job well-done. - Evaluation system that is based on mostly word of mouth and who you worked for, not very objective. - Could pull long hours of work but without proper compensation and recognition. - Poor retention policies related to employees - No work life balance, have high expectation of its employees and their ability to address client concerns on a timely basis.
