Pros
Deloitte is a great place to start your career. Good entry salary. Many talented, intelligent people. Many steps are taken to work and mentor individuals.
Cons
Lots. A job well done is considered consistently working 60+ hours. People won't take the time to TRAIN their staff, as there's no where in the budget for it. Budgets are unreasonable and while it's always said to never eat time, people expect you to eat time on their jobs. Need more staffing resources. Pay is decent, but can do better in industry. "Ideally" you are supposed to work the most hours your senior years, but that's never the case. Managers consistently work more than seniors, senior mgmt more than managers, and partners more than senior mgmt. Frustrating environment overall.
