      Pros

      The job is very challenging. I enjoy working for Deloitte because the people are highly skilled type-A personalities. They are a lot of fun to work with. Everyone is very supportive and will help you learn what you need to know to be successful in your job. Career support is amazing at Deloitte.

      Cons

      Some projects will require very long hours. Traveling away from home when you have a family can be very difficult. We don't always travel to the most glamorous places like New York or London. Balancing a healthy lifestyle while traveling and eating at restaurants every week can be difficult.

      Pros

      Generally, friendly place. If you are a new grad it's a great place to build a resume and get some good work experience. If you are an experienced hire it may be a disappointment.

      Cons

      1. Career Management: No opportunity to rationalize the project reviews and year end compensation. See 3. 2. Politics: If you are aligned to the correct group you may do well. 3. Sexual harrassment and discrimination: Everyone seems to sleep with everyone else. Its not uncommon to see increased activity during social events where upper management gets to meet the worker bees.

      Pros

      Great benefits and top level project work. There are a lot of industry options if you have interest in getting exposure in multiple industries. The team atmosphere at Deloitte is also very good as people are very willing to help out. The majority of people are also very responsive and everyone is professional. There are also a lot of different training opportunities you can take part in if you are in the office from the client site.

      Cons

      The opportunity to transition into other service areas, or service line is very limited. The pay amounts seem average to low if you consider the other big four.
