Pros
There are a lot of good and knowledgable people to work with. This only applies to people close to your level, those above tend to not care or create an enviornment that will foster your growth and the growth of the company.
Cons
There are many downsides to working here. You are frequently overworked and taken advantage of and management has no regard for your personal life. Pay is very limited especially considering the amount of hours you work. Promotions are frequently given out without much thought and is all about perception and not the strength of the individual. Management constantly conducts closed door meetings and is very secretive about how things are being ran. When asked for answers you will get the run around or no answer at all.
