Unclear Appraisal Process, higher than normal expectations to 'take one for the team'

Deloitte provides access to training and provides access to work consultants have done across the firm. Good for learning about areas that may be outside of your focus area
Cons
The appraisal process allows for/encourages favoritism (more so than what you normally find in the workplace) and/or people to undermine your performance. In consulting you sometimes have to 'take one for the team' and spend time on a project that you'd rather not be on, but that expectation at Deloitte seems to be higher than normal. Hard to move into other areas that you may like more/find more interesting once you start down a certain path. High expectations to participate in firm activities. Raises are poor (some of it is an effect of the economy, but not all of it) Expectations for performance are not always clearly laid out (you tend to hear about things after the fact, once your reviews are written, rather than at the time the issue occurs)
