Pros
Great freedom. Everybody is responsible for its own career. The social engagement at local level or in whatever social group is awesome. It's is a great company to get the consultant mind, but whenever you get it, you may want to ask yourself about the differences between with in or with out.
Cons
the company is too big to be able to help you. You are only a number and will get a promotion or a raise only if you get well known, not if you charge a lot and / or do a great job. If you happen to have a project outside your region, or full-time. too bad. Structures mean also, that if you missed that networking moment, you will have to wait a full year for any move forward.
