      Great Culture Open Environment If you work in a good team ..Nothing like it especially for a fresher People are less fake and have lesser pretence than other places. They make you want to believe them ..

      Cons

      My salary is ridiculously low Huge differential pay even at the same post and make sure you know at which heirarchy level you are taken into . I would not have joined as a management trainee had i known it was lower than audit assistant. They withold information and the HR's face tells it clear In a total picture sense the amazing job profile somewhat make up for no pay(almost). But its not something you can tell people. Gives you a massive low sometimes

      Honest Review of Deloitte Consulting (Strategy & Operations)

      Pros

      Exposure to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries and at senior executive levels. Excellent training classes. Network of very intelligent, hard-working colleagues. Reputable firm experience on your resume attracts future employers. Multi-cultural, diverse environment. Great networking events. Very competitive compensation package and benefits.

      Cons

      For those who are not entering MBAs or returning consultants with MBAs, I would shy away from Deloitte Consulting. No network to support external hires or transfer hires from within Deloitte (i.e., your colleagues with MBA classes will likely be chosen over you for interesting work unless you have a partner to protect you.) Also, there are no guarantees in consulting. You may be based in Atlanta and have a Marketing focus, but you could be staffed in Seattle on a Finance project. Billable hours generate more profit for partners ...

      Pros

      It's a Big 4 company so the branding is there. It may allow you better opportunities to find a slightly more senior role within industry if you're looking to use it as a springboard. It does have a global presence so you can reach out to other offices for information if needed. In addition, depending on the projecs, Deloitte is generally flexible if you need to work from home as long as it does not impact the project.

      Cons

      Inaccurate scoping and workbench measurement when selling projects. Lack of employee engagement and talent management, which is a norm in Singapore since employees do not get much benefits or protections by the government. Lack of transparency of salary scale and promotion criteria. Lack of respect for work-life balance. Hierarchical.
