inconsistent management across business functions-hard to determine the corporate culture. roles often inconsistent with need and staff holding positions often lack the core ability to do the job. Communication is not open - managers act on a "need to know" basis and important information not communicated equally among staff. Career growth and development has suffered in the recent poor economy. performance review process outdated and not administered consistently across the firm.
