Pros
Great colleagues in both aspects, professionally and personally. The team I was assigned to kept a really good working atmosphere most of the time. The projects are also great in a company this big and renowned so you get to learn a lot, working with international teams.
Cons
Salary is too low for the responsibilities you get. Working at big projects, despite being great for learning, carry a lot of hours of work, outside your paid time that are not properly compensated.
