      Great Projects, Flexible Schedules, Great PTO, Good Culture, Managers really care about you as a person (In my exp)

      Odd work sometimes, PTO is great but counts against Utilization

      Great Initial Pay and Great New Hires

      Pros

      Great pay, great flexibility, personable new hires, strong and supportive alumni base.

      Cons

      Promotions take a minimum of 2-3 years regardless of performance. I purposely left out my "Consultant" title on emails so superiors wouldn't judge me based on my title and judge me based on the quality of my work. Within a year I was then placed in Senior Consultant/Manager roles. However, I was receiving the same pay as a Consultant because of the promotion terms.

      Pros

      If you do good work, leadership will support you. There are plants opprtunities to get involved in firm intiatives, I believe they value their employees and you are compensated well. As a woman I communicate the importance and work life balance and they will work with you to create a work environment that best fits your lifestyle you just have to communicate it.

      Cons

      Global deployment opportunities are there but so hard to reach, for it to be such a large firm internationally you would think opprtunities would be more frequent and much easier.
