      Huge company with huge ego problem at the top

      Pros

      Good compensation when you factor in the bonus. Work life balance was good, since it's a massive company and very few people do much. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      The working level (Director and below) have a good bunch of smart people. However, above the Director level (specifically Exec Director and VP level), there is a bunch of egomaniacs that believe they walk on water. They would rather protect their budget and role than do the right thing for the company.

      Outdated laptops and technology No direction in the business Too many project managers and red tape Design all you want - it doesn't ever get built or if it does, it's built incorrectly
