      Benefits, people, projects that you can be part of, autonomy. Great place to start a career.

      At times it felt a bit micromanaged. Some stakeholders were never satisfied no matter how much you delivered.

      Pros

      From my experience Dell are one of the better employers in the EU, typical big corp but with nice benefits. A lot of good managers, a lot of bad managers.

      Cons

      I am ex EMC and I am sad to see the Storage portfolio of products and Services slowly being eroded along with a lot of the Outcome based Sales people.
