Cons

Bad salary for the workload employees are exposed. Lack of connection between the experience of the ''veterans'' and the energy of the youngers. In services overtime is not paid. Old fashion way of management Low flexibility.

Decathlon is probably one of the best retail's companies. The company gives you all the know-how that you may need to succeed, gives you autonomy, put its confidence in you, and you can really grow in a healthy environment of work. After working in Decathlon, companies like Nike, Ikea or Apple will hire you as fast as they can!

Working in Decathlon can be really stressing when it's christmas oe a high sales period
