poor salary, no social life, not good for well educated graduates from reputed colleges, poor incentive and bonus policy, unorganized training methods, doesn't care about talent competencies

1. unqualified managers from France & India who have been trained internally but lack the basic skill sets to do the job. This makes learning and working very difficult especially when your manager cannot understand what you are doing. 2. lack of experts and a lot of just of out college freshers in positions of power. They are immature and while they may have intelligence they lack skills and maturity on how to deal with people 3. French senior management who break labor laws and racist in their approach
