      1. Fastest growing AI and data company 2. Most advanced technology 3. Talent density extremely high, many IC are from the directors or head positions of other companies 4. Learning in extremely fast way 5. One of the best pay company, and stock growth fast 6. Leaders and colleagues are caring

      1. Some may say the pressure is high, while as the fastest growing company I feel that is the right pressure to push you grow and contribute

      Pros

      Work life balance is solid, but depends on your leader I hear. Benefits are good. energy is awesome!

      Cons

      Pay is average for sales and they quota us on produce that is less than ready for prime time, meaning not ready to sell. They need to work on simplifying processes (which I understand they are)

      - Good work life balance as long as you speak up about your needs. - Great executive leadership and decision making. - Work with cutting edge technology (AI/ML/DE) - Breadth of experience across many different industry domains - Meaningful long lasting relationships with Bricksters and Customers. - Autonomy to get your work done, and great culture. - Competitive compensation.

      Cons

      - Hiring process can sometimes be convoluted since different managers for the same role (e.g. RSA) have different expectations for what they are looking for. I think it would make more sense to standardize on roles and hiring criteria between Teams. -
