Pros

The culture and enablement. You are really empowered from day 1 to make the role your own. The culture is inspiring and you are constantly surrounded by great people who keep pushing each other.

Cons

It gets hung up in it's own kool aid sometimes, promos are difficult and drawn out.

Thank you for this feedback. Hiring and engaging the world’s best Bricksters matters deeply to us. Alongside strong leadership and a product we are incredibly proud of, we believe our culture is a real differentiator — transparent, high-performing, and grounded in respect for our people. We're glad the sense of empowerment came through from day one. We know culture is built every day, and we remain committed to raising the bar as we scale. -Cindy Nicola, VP Global Talent Acquisition
