Strong mentorship and many opportunities to learn new data tools and ML workflows. Collaborative team atmosphere with regular knowledge-sharing sessions. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Flexible work-from-home policy and supportive manager.

Cons

Rapid product changes sometimes cause shifting priorities and workload spikes. Onboarding documentation could be more complete for new hires.

Pros

Great pay and can negotiate to top of band in the market. Product is great and will continue to be highly relevant moving forward. Most team members are smart but everyone keeps to themselves and their immediate team. The only reason you would want to work here is so you can earn top dollar, but at the expense of everything else that you would want in a good working environment that other tech companies offer

Cons

Culture is becoming toxic and turning into an AWS shop. There's very little regard for employees and managers are mostly incompetent. Immature sales leadership behaviour of beratement, aggression and sarcasm is tolerated. Team members are disengaged and most waiting to cash out once the company goes public
