Excellent senior leadership with a clear direction and focus that's shared by the entire company. Very hot market with a lot of upside and growth potential. Strong desire to grow people and retain them for the long-haul.

Don't sell here; Sales Leadership is toxic, and HR will not help you or fix it.

Cons

1) The politics and internal pontifications that sales leadership forces, are riduclous. Clearly, sales leadership overall is unwilling(call reluctant/afraid) to engage business executives where the value really matters. They spend 80%+ of everyones time scrutinizing internally, not w/customers. 2) HR will not stand up for, or listen to employees.
