Pros
I believe that successful sales people benefit from many factors and obviously, who you are is just one of them. Cons
It's hard to pin down cons. Obviously we are a fast-pace company with lots of opportunity and conversations so we are very busy, which is great in sales. Still in start-up mode so some programs are not yet in place, at the same time, you won't find crazy red tape from a legacy company.
