      - There is a market and there is a product to fit this market - The organization is still growing and there are a lot of internal promotions - Human is highly considered - For the 1st time of my life I would never consider answering a headhunter phone call

      Cons

      We are growing very quicky, processes are not mature (and that's the only con I found...)
