Pros

Good company and culture Insurance benefits are very good

Cons

if you join at lower level and want to grow in career, only career growth possible not your wages Typical salary increase 3% annually (everyone gets it) if you promoted 5% (very bad idea if you join lower level and being top perform --> promotion, still feels like just designation change)

Pros

Extremely collaborative environment. The best I’ve seen so far when it comes to SMEs and industry leads stepping in to help with opportunities.

Cons

Growing/scaling pains which are typical of a company that are aggressively ramping up headcount. Processes are being implemented and piloted to address the current gaps e.g. opportunity/account tracking. Knowledge management can be greatly improved.
