Pros

I just hit my 1 year at the company and I can't believe how much I have learned in this short time. Some pro's: - Great people - Dedicated and smart managers/ leadership - Fun events - Great perks ($250/ Month for gym) - Flexible work schedule - Challenging work (i have learned SO much this year) - Internal mobility

Cons

With any job there are things you don't want to do but all in all, no complaints

Pros

Databricks has been a fantastic place to work for the past year. The culture is very inclusive and everyone feels like they're driving towards the same mission. We're really creating a lasting company and are making a difference for our customers. Hyper growth, exciting, and truly innovative. I couldn't be happier

Cons

You need to be ready for ambiguity and to move quickly. That comes with companies that are growing at the rate we are, but if you're prepared for that, it's really a pro. Just something to be aware of
