      - Good benefits and perks even for remote employees - Rock solid C-suite. Most engaged CEO I've ever seen. - Fun technical work - Great product

      Pros

      Smart team of both leaders and peers. (yes it can be a little intimidating at times). Strong cultural values of transparency, balance and communication. Openness to adapt and change as needed based on the data.

      Cons

      Can we overwhelming at times with the amount of communication and change. Much of it is a byproduct of transparency. Growing pains... as we continue to grow, we are struggling to maintain simplicity in our roles. This is also showing itself in our diligent but limited team growth.
