Pros

The product is great and it gets even better every month. The Lakehouse architecture is what customer needs and Databricks delivers. Competitors start adopting the Lakehouse for their own product.

Cons

Having so much new features coming in (which is good) requires additional effort to keep up to date and communications to customers.

Leadership (not just the execs, but even directors and managers) are humble even as they set an ambitious vision for the future Work gets busy in spurts, but overall the balance with life outside of work is ideal for me Really smart teammates who all are willing to help I'm not sure there's another company with so many resources (courses, readings, and teammates) to help with career growth. If you want to be surrounded by the best and smartest people in data, and you want to push yourself, Databricks is a great place.

This space changes so fast it can be hard to keep up with new developments.
