      Pros

      The culture and enablement. You are really empowered from day 1 to make the role your own. The culture is inspiring and you are constantly surrounded by great people who keep pushing each other.

      Cons

      It gets hung up in it's own kool aid sometimes, promos are difficult and drawn out.
