The original tech is amazing, ie. spark, mlflow Hired some great tech people in the past Wide array of clients and topics

Cons

Product teams turned into a chaos - half of the new features are not innovative Sales leadership is a copy paste Salesforce - turning very old school corporate with all the nasty politics

Databricks (as a company) is driven by a common goal. We all strive to be the best we can and support each other as needed. Over the last two years I have honest not met a single person I disliked which is uncommon. Additionally, the team at Databricks is very innovative which makes it a fun and fast paced place to work. Love it here!
