Pros

Cutting-Edge Technology: Databricks is at the forefront of AI and data engineering. Working here means constant exposure to the latest advancements, like GenAI, Agent Framework, and MLOps. Collaborative Culture: The company fosters a highly supportive and collaborative environment. Colleagues are not only smart and driven but also approachable and eager to help.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The rapid pace of growth and innovation can sometimes be overwhelming. Prioritization is key to avoid burnout. Scaling Challenges: Like any rapidly growing company, there are occasional growing pains, especially with processes and resource allocation.

Pros

Good benefits and time off

Cons

The work environment is toxic, with excessive micromanagement. You’ll often be required to work extended hours to meet SLAs, and overtime is not compensated. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s little regard for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a good place to work. Forgot to mention that they do not provide training for the different functions they just share the playbooks and you'll need to figure it out
