Pros

Innovative Technology & Outstanding Product Team – Continuously pushing the boundaries in data and AI. Transparent Leadership & Strong Company Culture – Open communication and a supportive, high-performance environment. Incredible Customers – Working with top-tier organizations solving real-world challenges.

Cons

At a fast-growing company, change happens often, which I personally love. It keeps things dynamic and exciting, though it may not suit everyone.

Pros

Good pay, good culture and flexibility. Good potential for impact.

Cons

Some parts of the company are very chaotic and not staffed well enough to deliver whats expected. Career growth is slow due to saturation at higher levels.

Pros

Apart from the obvious, that Databricks is the-sexiest-tech-company in the market right now, the environment is great, great benefits and lots to learn. I loved how the product onboarding was so detailed and careful. It's a complex product, but the company gives me all the tools I need to learn and do my job.

Cons

I miss having more local support, such as IT help and RH.
