Pros

Clear concise direction from executive team on goals, ahead, and success measured against past goals. Smart and motivated employees. Great office in London. Culture of transparency and trust.

Cons

With the product stack evolving quickly there is some duplication in onboarding content for learning.

Pros

Culture and people are the best I've ever been around in my 22 years. Product Market fit; couldn't ask for anything more. We are established the Lakehouse architecture, now everyone is talking about the Lakehouse. Now we are establishing Data Intelligence. This is an incredible opportunity, with the most innovative product team in Data & AI. Rewarded for consistent success and plenty of career growth opportunities. Every AE on our sales team '19-'21 that I worked with have been promoted. Executive leadership is the best in the industry. Listen to a podcast with Ali, Ron, Andy, whomever, the exec team here is world-class. Did I mention the culture? Yeah, love it. Work on interesting business problems and use cases, solve critical issues for customers. How often are you getting calls by accounts to come in and present to their executive?

Cons

Every company has rough edges. (or some could just be broken), but honestly I don't have any real complaints. In Sales, they can control commissions a bit more due to the consumption model, but this is not the place to come if all you care about is your W2. You need to want to be here for reasons beyond W2 or some equity. If that is your motivation, you're actually not going to have fun here. Most people in sales here say they work "harder" here then they have worked anywhere else. So if you want to find a place to coast and make some money, this is not the place.
