Pros

The company cares about your success and is hyper-focused on growth. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow your career. Leadership places aggressive bets that have historically paid off handsomely.

Cons

Some internal processes and approvals take longer than they should, which can delay deals. Account planning takes up a lot of AE time when, instead, it should be spent in the field.

Pros

Technical Innovation at the heart of the company; Technology really works; Continuous focus on generating value by improving product offerings; Good understanding of business and technology with a mature balancing of the two. Great people to work with.

Cons

Growing pains on sales side with processes. Too many layers of management. Sales Management is not strong - yes, the technology can be complex, but a rising tide can allow weak members to look like stars and get promotions.
