Micromanagement to strictly follow sales methodology. No work-life-balance because of a lot of internal reviews and senseless requests. Poor sales leadership that creates a culture of fear through threats and derailed monitoring. Not clear and changing requirements created by sales leadership

Too many to post but these are the few that drove me to write this review: -Terrible work-life balance -It almost feels cult-like culture driving me to question my own skills and sanity daily -Play politics and you'll excel, work hard and you'll become everyone's doormat with no "thank yous" -Very demanding employees and the worst leadership that will change your role as soon as you're hired -The sales team is one of the most entitled I've ever seen -Extreme stress
