      * Hard work is rewarded * Incredibly talented, caring, intelligent colleagues, many will jump in to help * Everyday is a new challenge, never boring or repetitive * Fast growth, both for the company and career wise * Get to use Databricks for free! * Doesn't feel like a job most of the time despite it being challenging. If you love Analytics, Data, & AI you'll love working at Databricks and teaching customers about Databricks and helping them solve interesting use cases everyday.

      Cons

      * Growth rate outpaces hiring, and sometimes can result in teams without direct supervisors, or employees with too large a book of business for periods of time. * Travel may be a lot more than anticipated depending on customer or role. * Customers will schedule meetings at the last minute, often without checking your availability, which may be challenge for work life balance. * Some HR practices such as for internal transfer promotions feel like carry overs from a small start up vs what would be expected from an organization with this many employees today.
