I interviewed one of them who had skills listed on his resume based on a youtube video that he had watched online!! - Raises always stop at L3, because we made money but not enough for give you one. There is always a lame excuse to shrink or remove the bonus pool as well. - The rules of the game are constantly changed in order to rob the employees from raises, bonus, or even benefits.

Such a horrendously greedy company. The lies from upper and middle management are utterly extensive. They have made hoards of false promises to employees (regarding job duties, raises, promotions, flexibility, etc. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY). I've witnessed on several occasions false promises to clients (using cheap tactics to nickel and dime money). False promises to new hires - do NOT come into this company expecting to fulfill the duties of the position you applied for. I put in my two weeks and was fired one week into it. I asked my manager if he thought that was professional - he replied "it's not about being professional or ethics, it's about cost-saving." Good grief. People wonder why millennials flock to Bernie Sanders...
