      Not much work pressure in some projects.Good infrastructure.

      Cons

      Hikes are very less or nil. More concentrated in acquisition. No variable pay payout.

      Pros

      Huge amount of training data. Your dedication and attitude are noticed fast and appreciated. You can easily grow up on technical perspective.

      Cons

      Growing up doesnt mean that you will have your salary increased. There are colleagues of mine, which are in DXC (former HPE) for 10 years, and they have reached the last technical level, but they have much smaller salary than most of the new joiners.
