      Pros

      It is great company to start when you just got out of college and don't mind the less than competitive wage.

      Cons

      The company is at the lowest moral ever. Both merged companies, CSC and HPES, were at their third years of work force reduction.

      Flexible hours and manageable workload.

      Cons

      Broken and non-existent processes. Leadership is full of bean counters who think employees are their biggest liability. With the merger of HPE and CSC, the severance package was reduced to effectively 1 week notice and 1 week pay, even for employees with 10 - 20 years service! Almost all employees live in fear of being the next layoff (WFR) victim. That's no way to live! My compensation is about 25 - 30% under market value, which I believe is normal for those coming from HPE.
