      Thank you very much for your 4-star review. While the positives you mentioned do indeed line-up with key points of us as a business, it seems you have the wrong company. DWS is an ASX listed independant Australian IT consultancy - we do not have offices in London, and do not have a parent company.

      Thank you for your 4-star review. It looks like you have the wrong company though, DWS is an Australian IT company - and we don't have any Financial Analysts in our workforce.

      Christmas Party, Some employees were helpful to newbies.

      Cons

      All I can say DWS don't help any employee to build their career. The just want money. I would suggest please consider other jobs if you opportunity.

      Thank you for your review. DWS has a structured training framework which allows our staff to undertake practically any technology upskilling they wish to - which the company will not only pay for, but also pay a cash bonus to the individual on completion of that certification. DWS also has a very clear and achievable career progression scheme which clearly sets out how any staff member can progress their Consultant career to whatever heights they wish to take it.
