      Was a body shop when I worked there, albeit a good one

      Pros

      Good people. The recruitment process and aptitude test they vet candidates with ended up making for good colleagues.

      Cons

      When I worked there it was a body shop. Not much chance of promotion unless you left and came back in a higher role. The company was trying to expand at the time with an ambitious new CEO (not Danny Wallis). It failed and a lot of people's jobs were made redundant.

      Thank you very much for your review. DWS has changed (we feel, very much for the better) in recent years, and have built on the past to develop into the company we are today - one which supports and develops consultant staff though our internal learning and development opportunities, taking them as far as someone wishes to go in their career

      Mid-tier firm great for experiencing contracting without pulling off all the wheels

      Pros

      Excellent utilisation rate; Live and breath work-life balance for those at clients; Accessible BDM; Get a strong sense of contracting with a great sales team assisting with pitching you for work.

      Cons

      Majority workforce at NAB; Internal corporate drinks and gathering at times are awkward esp. if you don't know or have a socially aware person driving it;

      Whilst we appreciate the time you've taken to make a review, you may have the wrong DWS. The DWS Group in Australia hasn't ever employed a part-time sales rep.
