Salary is way below average German management is strict and not open to any changes Monthly 3-4 weekends have to be worked without any compensation Yearly bonus is more like a direct insult HO policy is weird There is no HR No trainings Company policy about position changes is a joke (Higher position would pay the same as your initial position)

-At the job interview I was tell that my Sundays worked would be compensated regarding the law, I advise to double check the law.. all of the law. -Constructor certifications are possible but for some "expensive" one, you have to refund the company if you leave the company before the time discussed prior. (Years) if approved.. -Salary is under the market and they are trying to save money on everything. -On 9 months of employement I never got one salary with the correct amount or on-time. (At least 9 employees on the same case, some never got a correct salary after double check.) this situation is ongoing since 1,5 year. -No HR support. (If you want to make an addendum on your contract this is impossible as our managers reported us.) -Not clear managers line. -HO policy is not clear and can be change at any moment. (Job description is not reflecting your future work.)
