      Pros

      Having been transferred to DEKRA under TUPE regulations after a contract change I can honestly say I couldn’t have wished for a better transition. Great company that values its customers but values it’s people just as much.

      Cons

      I guess you can be all left to your own devices a little too much.

      Pros

      Pay is decent and some benefits. The vacation hours are good as long as you can use them.

      Cons

      Dekra has been buying up other businesses in states around the country and not taking care of them. I started working for the company when it was under other ownership and I know how much they paid to buy the business. When you spend millions of dollars on a business but then refuse to take care of basic needs then what was the point in buying it in the first place. Not to mention the complete lack of understanding that they have about the areas where they are taking over.
