It has so much of Workload

Middle and higher management are not supportive at all, they are not following ethical and moral rules, and not keeping their words, sometimes even backstabbing their own people to please the business. Very unorganized, No transparency or processes, just lies everywhere that causes uncertainty in everyone. The IT staff is fully exhausted under the pressure higher management puts on them, everything is PRIO 1. Everything needs to be finished fast, not following IT Standard rules or principles, and of course that causes business disruptions at the end. Higher Management is not making any hard decision they are the "Yes" man. The higher management does not have a clue how to lead or treat people below them, humiliation and abusive words are usual. Corporate level lack of innovative creativity or support for such.
