Some people work very hard and have a lot of integrity Work life balance for certain job roles

Cons

Low pay and sub-par benefits - also gave different benefits for different companies No raises or bonuses for the year regardless of performance and completing your goals Minneapolis office built and functions on nepotism - very unhealthy and not always inclusive

Health Ins. / PTO days / Co-Workers are always willing help out / benefits package is not too bad / great team effort at lower level

Cons

Horrible upper management not knowing how to lead. Questionable ability to work there own positions, more like a boys club then a team trying to set goals. My time was short lived here.
