Pros
Benefits were not terrible initially, but got worse year after year. Some people I worked with were nice but that's about it.
Cons
No room for growth, very high turnover rate, benefits getting worse, they try to higher over qualified people but offer low salaries in return, no professional training for advancement at all in the last 3 years, no bonus payouts due to business under performance for many years now. Be prepared to take over other employee's tasks and responsibilities when they quit and no replacement will be hired. Good luck asking for a raise or a fair salary. You are better off looking for a new job and just leaving.
