      Consistently underpay Poor insurance My offer was 37% lower than what most sites claim it should be, and 30+% lower than my less qualified peers doing the same role

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, plenty of community involvement projects that you could volunteer in. This is a good company to start off your career.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, unstellar employee retention rate and frequent shifts within the company led to interference with job tasks. Cummins performance is purely linked to how Truck OEM's do. One year if they do well, Cummins will do well. If markets are down, they will not be afraid to lay off.
