Pros

Good compensation and work hours

Cons

Very poor management, nobody seems to take responsibility for anything and people are just blaming everyone else for their poor performance. Resistant to changing anything, as this is how it's done here. Barely any transparency at all on what is happening inside the organization. DEI seems to be the biggest concern for large part of the organization for some reason, makes it kind of weird when you are an engineer and want to do engineering work. Management afraid to actually escalate things upwards as it might make them look bad. Management lying or purposely withholding information about how things are going until they eventually blow up and then they try blame someone else. No guidelines for anything, all proposed ideas are thrown into the bin without even hearing you out. They are working like I would assume a technology company in the 90s or early 2000s are working. Afraid of adapting new modern tools or industry practices as they are the "big player" according to themselves. Very high employee retention. Only people that seem to stay are either very old or MBAs that are just good at talking. All engineering people seem to be leaving.
