Pros
Great experience, lots of projects to get involved in, a lot of communication up and down the hierarchy of the organisation. A lot of opportunity to develop skills and knowledge base.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the level of interaction and engagement between placement students. While the individual experience was valuable, more structured opportunities for networking, collaboration, or shared learning among students would have helped foster a stronger sense of community and support throughout the placement
