Pros

Cummins Emission Solutions is the newest business unit in the Components Segment. Consequently, greater potential for growth and a lot of work to tackle with less people.

Cons

There is very little work-life balance with Cummins choosing to lay off workers every 2-3 years (look it up yourself: 2009, 2011-2012, 2015) rather than trying to resolve their economic downturns through more accurate forecasting. Result is same amount of large volumes of work with less people and 65-80+ hour workweeks.

Pros

Great culture, flexibility. Ethical company.

Cons

Not a lot of great decisions on upcoming product...not sure how sustainable they will be. As it is, 4 rounds of layoffs in the last 7 years...
