Pros

Opportunities for growth especially if you are willing to move around. Also, provide a competitive salary, bonus plan, and retirement benefits.

Cons

If you are unwilling to move you might limit your ability to be promoted. However, there is a large family of Cummins business units that will provide additional opportunities.
