Pros

- Competitive Salary - Relocation Assistance - Visa Sponsorhip - Affinity groups - Diverse environment - Different career paths available

Cons

- You will end up working more than 40 hours per week and even weekends (Unpaid extra hours) - Expect to learn everything by yourself. Trainings provide some basic knowledge, but you will end up asking a lot of people how to do a single task. - Too many politics involved between the unions and the company, and even between different groups inside Cummins. - Managers will be unavailable to help you most of the time because they have to attend meetings all days.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work. Everything changed and the focus moved to reports, graphs and charts, not the customer

Cons

Did not listen to long employed people, just changed how they took care of customers. Did not understand.the difference in industrial, power generation, and truck shop customers. There is a huge difference between them.
