Good if you love Indiana

Pros

Good training material (6S, engine, etc.). Lot's of opportunities to advance currently. Work/life balance is pretty good.

Cons

Indiana is one of the most depressing states to live in. Cummins is the only thing in Columbus. And even living up near Indianapolis is boring.
